The Physical Education curriculum is designed to develop student’s physical knowledge and ability; understanding of their own body; equip students with a variety of skills and an enjoyment of exercise and competitive sports. The awareness of both mental health and physical health is embedded throughout the curriculum with the goal of leading an active life.

Physical Education is taught during a 2-hour session, once a week on a Friday afternoon. Students participate in a range of physical activities over a sustained period. These include competitive activities to develop confidence and interaction, along with skills-based activities. Students become more competent, confident, and expert in their techniques and apply them across different sports and physical activities, which include the following:
